摘要
北京通州北苑P+R立体停车库工程是北京建成的第一个智能化机械立体停车场,是化机械立体停车设备运用于P+R停车场建设领域的代表性工程案例。本文从该停车场的建设背景、客流预测、规模确定、设备选型、场地设计、建筑设计及使用后评价这几个方面总结了该类项目的设计重点、主要特点和注意事项。
Tongzhou Beiyuan P+R parking lot project is the first mechanical intelligent three-dimensional parking lot which has been built in Beijing, it’s a representative example in the P+R parking lot field. This article included the background of this project, passenger flow forecast, scale determination, equipment selection, site design, architectural design and evaluation after being used, summarized the main features and design considerations of this kind of project.
