针对当前银行、商场、公交汽车公司等部门在清点硬币存在需要花费较大人力物力的问题,设计了一种通过硬币直径大小自动分拣硬币的分选装置。该装置集分类、整理、计数、包装于一体,主要由硬币分拣装置、收集装置、分类包装三部分构成。本装置在设计过程中充分利用了模块化设计理念,能够快速高效地将五角和一元硬币进行分类、整理。其优点在于造型紧凑;尺寸适中;成本低廉;工作精准高效;节省劳动力,不同于现有大型相关装置;适用范围更加广泛。

The utility model is mainly composed of three parts, a coin sorting device, a collecting device, and a classifying and package device. In the design process, the modular design concept is fully utilized, and the fifty cents coin and one yuan coin can be sorted and arranged quickly and efficiently. The utility model has the advantages of compact modeling, moderate size, low cost, accurate and efficient work, labor saving, different from the existing large-scale correlation device, and wider application range.
