Based on the school-running system and operation mode of 2 ＋2 independent colleges, this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of career guidance work in 2＋2 independent colleges, and then explores the effective ways to realize higher quality career guidance. This paper provides a reference for promoting the continuous, healthy and effective development of the 2 ＋2independent college career guidance work and improving the employment rate and the quality of employment.
