高校科技成果转化,对于提升高校科研水平,推动高校更好地服务地方社会经济发展具有重要的意义。在分析我国高校科技成果转化制约因素的基础上,从供求信息对接机制、政策落实、资金支持、考核制度、分类评价等角度提出推动高校科技成果转化的具体措施。

The transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities is of great significance to enhance the level of scientific research and promote the better social and economic development of colleges and universities. On the basis of analyzing the restrictive factors of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities in China, this paper puts forward the concrete measures to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities from the angle of supply and demand information docking mechanism, policy implementation, fund support, assessment system and classification evaluation.
