水利水电工程专业本科毕业生就业分析研究——以三峡大学为例

摘要 未来五年,大型水电工程建设将集中在地质状况复杂、自然灾害频发的金沙江、雅砻江、大渡河等流域,一定程度地影响了水利水电工程本科毕业生的就业选择。为了帮助水利类院校在校生了解当前的就业形势,通过分析三峡大学2014-2016届水利水电工程专业本科毕业生的就业情况及其特征,提出改善和提升我校水利水电工程专业毕业生就业的相应对策。 In the next five years, the construction of large-scale hydropower projects will focus on the Jinsha River, Yalong River and Dadu River who have complicated geological conditions and frequent natural disasters, which have affected the employment choice of undergraduates of water conservancy and hydropower engineering specialty to a certain extent. In order to help the students in water conservancy colleges and universities to understand the current employment situation, this paper analyzes the employment situation and characteristics of the undergraduates of water conservancy and hydropower engineering specialty in the 2014-2016 session of China Three Gorges University, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve and enhance the employment of water conservancy and hydropower engineering graduates.
