高职教师资格制度改革探讨

On the Reform of Teachers' Qualification System in Higher Vocational Education

高职教师资格认证制度关系到高职教师的培养模式、培养制度等,对于高职教育和教师专业化发展也有着极其重要影响。文章分析了当前高职教师资格制度中存在的问题,认定类型单一、认定工作滞后、专家成员不合理等,借鉴发达国家高职教师资格认证做法,结合我国国性情,提出高职教师资格制度改革建议,如确定高职教师类型,进行分类资格认定;明确资格标准,强调实践能力;实现定期注册制度。

The qualification system of higher vocational teachers is related to the training mode and training system of higher vocational teachers. It also has a very important influence on the development of higher vocational education and teachers’ professional development.This paper analyzes the existing problems in the qualification system of higher vocational teachers, such as, single certification type, lagging certification work, unreasonable expert members, etc., draws on the practice of certification of higher vocational teachers in developed countries and combines with the situation of China, puts forward the recommendations for the reform of higher vocational teachers’ qualification system, such as determining the type of higher vocational teachers and conduct classification qualification; clearing eligibility criteria and emphasizing practical ability; achieving a regular registration system.
