试论高职院校聘请企业兼职教师授课的利与弊

On the Advantages and Disadvantages of Engaging Enterprise Part-time Teacher for Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges

近年来,各高职院校越来越重视师资队伍建设,聘请企业兼职教师到校授课成为普遍现象。本文分析研究企业兼职教师授课的利与弊,通过加强企业兼职教师的培训、建立科学的企业兼职教师评价体系和激励机制、加强质量监控等对策帮助企业兼职教师提高教学水平。

In recent years, higher vocational colleges have paid more and more attention to the construction of teaching staff, and it has become common phenomenon to engage part-time teachers to teach. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of enterprise part-time teacher for teaching, and proposes measures to improve the teaching level of part-time teachers： strengthening the training of enterprise part-time teacher, establishing a scientific part-time teacher evaluation system and incentive mechanism and strengthening the quality control.
