现阶段我国智慧城市建设中的问题分析与对策研究

Analysis of the Problems in the Construction of Smart City in China and the Countermeasures

随着改革开放如火如荼的进行着,我国的生产力水平和科技水平不断的提高,城镇化的程度较之前也有了相当大的发展,越来越多的人口涌入城市,城市也越来越成为政治、经济、文化的发展集结地。但是随着城市发展水平的提高,一些矛盾也随之而来,住房困难、出行不便、交通拥堵、大气污染等问题突出。这些问题阻碍着城市的发展和人民幸福指数的提高。智慧城市的模式可以为城市发展的更好提供动力以及为人民生活带来更大的益处。智慧城市自从2008年提出后,席卷各个国家。对中国而言,经过一段时间的发展,虽然取得了一定的效果,但毕竟是一个新生事物以及各国的国情不同,智慧城市的发展仍存在一些不足和矛盾。本文分析了智慧城市目前存在的问题,提出作者的几点建议。

With the reform and opening up, China’s productivity level and technological level continue to improve, and the degree of urbanization also has a considerable development than before, more and more people enter into the city, and the city is also become the concentration of political, economic, cultural development. However, with the improvement of urban development level, some contradictions also follow, such as, housing difficulties, travel inconvenience, traffic congestion, air pollution and other issues. These problems hinder the development of the city and the improvement of the people’s happiness index. The smart city model can provide better power for urban development and bring greater benefits to people’s lives. Since the smart city has been presented in 2008, it has swept through various countries. For China, after a period of development, although it has achieved some results, but after all, as a new thing and due to the different national conditions, the development of the smart city still has some shortcomings and contradictions. This paper analyzes the current problems in the smart city and puts forward some suggestions.
