本科教育供给侧改革理论与实践研究

Research on the Theory and Practice of Supply Side Reform in Undergraduate Education

随着我国高等教育的发展,本科教育作为高等教育的一个重要部分,其深层次的结构性矛盾也日益突出。而导致矛盾的根本原因,就是供给侧和需求侧之间的不平衡,使得本科阶段培养的学生不能适应社会经济发展的需求。对此,本文从供给侧改革的理论依据入手,以应用型本科为例,就目前我国应用型本科教育供给侧现状进行分析,认为扩招、产教脱节等是比较突出的问题。因此,针对上述的问题,提出适当控制招生规模,加快招生改革,加强对专业设置等实践对策,从而从根本上解决目前我国应用型本科教育存在的问题,提升本科阶段教育的质量。

With the development of higher education in our country, undergraduate education is an important part of higher education,and its deep structural contradictions are becoming more and more prominent. The root cause of the contradiction is the imbalance between the supply side and the demand side, which makes the undergraduates unable to meet the needs of social and economic development. In this regard, this paper starts from the theoretical basis of the supply side reform, takes the application-oriented undergraduate as an example, and analyzes the status quo of the supply side of application-oriented undergraduate education in China, and thinks that the enrollment and the disconnect between production and education are the more prominent issues. Therefore, in view of the above problems,the author puts forward the practical countermeasures： appropriately controlling the enrollment scale, speeding up the enrollment reform,strengthening the specialty setting, so as to fundamentally solve the existing problems of undergraduate education in China and enhance the quality of undergraduate education.
