摘要 随着信息技术不断创新,信息产业持续发展,以信息化促进工业化已经成为许多国家的发展战略。为满足国家建设需求,政企合作方式被广泛采用,企业掌握着大量关乎国家利益的信息,信息安全问题随之而来。为有效保护涉密信息,维护国家的经济和技术利益,美国制定了国家工业安全计划及其配套的国家工业安全计划操作手册,其明确的组织架构、清晰的权责划分以及全面的保护措施,对我国的工业信息安全体系建设具有一定的借鉴意义。 With the continuous innovation of information technology and the sustainable development of information industry, it has become the development strategy of many countries to promote industrialization with informatization. In order to meet the needs of national construction, government-enterprise cooperation is widely adopted. Enterprises hold a large number of information about national interests, and the problem of information security comes with them. For the effective protection of confidential information, the maintenance of national economic and technical benefits, the United States has formulated the National Industrial Security Program and its supporting National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual, the clear organizational structure, specific division of powers and responsibilities and comprehensive protection measures will be of great referential significance to the construction of industrial information security system in china.
