职业学校学生小组合作学习组织策略优化研究

摘要 小组合作学习已在国内外大学、中学、小学等各类学校的教学中广泛运用,其持有的教学理念和教学活动方式有别于传统的教学方式,突显了学生在教学中的主体地位,有利于激发学生的学习积极性和主动性。事实证明,小组合作学习是行之有效的教学方式。本文针对目前职业学校小组合作学习中存在问题,依据小组合作学习的有关特征,提出了有效实施小组合作学习的方法和策略。 Group cooperative learning has been widely used in the teaching of domestic andforeign universities, secondary schools and primary schools. Its unique teaching idea and teaching modes are different from the traditional teaching methods, which highlight the dominant position of the students in teaching, and are beneficial to stimulate the students ’ learning enthusiasm and initiative. In fact, cooperative learning is an effective teaching method. In view of the problems existing in group cooperative learning in vocational schools, this paper puts forward effective methods and strategies to implement group cooperative learning according to its characteristics.
