终身教育理念下校企共赢人才培养的研究与实践——以江苏省常州高等职业教育园区为例

Research and Practice of School-Enterprise Win-Win Personnel Training under the Concept of Lifelong Education: A Case Study

终身教育是现代职业教育改革与创新的重要理念。基于终身教育"面向人人"、"服务需求"和"开放融合"的理念,并结合江苏省常州高等职业教育园区创新教育实践,课题组首先构建了"终身教育理念下校企共赢创新机制研究"的总体框架,然后通过实施"校企人才培养共赢"和"产品技术研发共赢",探究了终身教育理念下,如何将职业教育人才培养与企业员工培训相结合、高校科技研发与企业技术攻关相结合,实现校企共赢人才培养的研究与实践。

Lifelong education is an important concept in the reform and innovation of modern vocational education. Based on the concept that lifelong education is open and integration which faces everyone and serves the needs, our research group firstly constructs the framework of “the research on the new innovative mechanism of school -enterprise win -win situation under the concept of lifelong education” in combination with the innovative educational practice of Jiangsu Changzhou Higher Vocational Education Park. Then, through the implementation of “ school-enterprise talent training win- win situation” and “product technology research and development win-win situation ”, we explore how to combine the talent training in vocational education and employer training in enterprises, and how to combine university science and technology research and enterprise technology breakthrough under the concept of lifelong education, in order to achieve the win -win situation in school -enterprise talent training.
