摘要
专业阅读对于教师的专业发展具有重要意义,如何进行有效的专业阅读,是所有教师必须思考的问题。文章从经济学原理的角度,分析了教师专业阅读中存在的若干问题,提出了用经济学原理提高阅读效率的办法:用资源配置的原理提出了教师如何利用好时间资源提高专业阅读的效度;用无形之手和有形之手的原理分析了教师的专业阅读需要内在需求和组织保障"两只手"的合力,从而维持专业阅读的热度;用机会成本原理指出了教师在选择阅读内容时要算好大账、细账、长账,减少无效、低效阅读,培植专业阅读的厚度。
Professional reading plays an important role in the professional development of teachers. How to conduct effective professional reading is a question which all teachers must think about. This paper analyzes the existing problems of teachers ’ professional reading from the angle of economics principle, and puts forward the method to improve the reading efficiency by means of economics principle. The resource allocation principle is proposed to let the teachers make good use of time resources to improve the professional reading validity. The principles of the invisible hand and the visible hand are proposed to analyze the inner needs which the teachers ’ professional reading requires and the organization guarantee to maintain the heat of professional reading. The opportunity cost principle points out that the teachers should make good choice with reading contents and reduce the ineffective and inefficient reading to cultivate professional reading thickness.
