摘要 中山职业技术学院电梯维护与管理专业在近十年的建设与发展实践中,通过不断推进 人才供给侧结构性改革,即通过专业定位、培养目标、培养规格顺势调整,办学体制机制的创新,人才 培养模式的改革,教学方法手段的优化,办学模式逐步拓宽,大力开展对外交流与合作,促进了专业建 设和发展水平逐步转型升级,实现人才培养效果和质量的不断提升,充分彰显了本专业的示范、引领、 带动作用,对同类高职院校的教育管理者以及专业建设、人才培养的参与者具有一定的借鉴作用. During almost ten years of development, the specialty of Elevator Maintenance and Management at Zhongshan Polytechnic has been promoting structural reform of talent supply side. That consists of adjusting specialty orientation, goals of development and development standards, innovating school operation mechanism, reforming talent development mode, optimizing teaching methods, offering more flexible models of operation, and greatly promoting international exchange and cooperation. Such efforts have accelerated gradual transition and upgrading of specialty development, cultivated graduates with better qualifications, folly showcased the specialty^ role as a model and leader, and served to offer certain reference to administrators and faculty members from other higher vocational colleges.
