Affinity building is one important decision made at the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities in 2016. As a major means and carrier for that purpose, the Chinese-style academy system can play an active role in terms of educational content, educational methods and cultural inheritance. Zhaoqing University^ practice shows development of the academy system for building affinity to the work is to follow some principles. They are students come first, all are educators, XY coordinates are used, and distinguishing features are pursued. Spiritual affinity is developed to better interpret the essence of the academy system; cultural affinity is built to develop the academy culture; affinity among people is meant for a perfect organizational structure; affinity for a system leads to the establishment of reasonable rules; affinity throughout service strengthens the educational function; affinity for facilities demands that complete facilities are available.
