摘要
针对侵彻引信在侵靶的过程中振动环境会导致引信结构发生破坏、失效的问题,提出了基于谐响应分析的侵彻引信薄弱环节分析方法。该方法通过对侵彻引信模型施加激励进行谐响应分析,获得侵彻引信各零部件上任意节点处的位移响应值在频域上的变化规律,并通过位移频率的变化规律来判断侵彻引信在结构设计中的危险截面或薄弱环节。仿真计算及试验结果表明谐响应计算分析结果与试验结果相近,谐响应分析法可用于指导引信结构设计。
Aiming at the problem that the vibration environment will cause the destruction and failure of the fuze structure in the process of invading the fuze, a method of analyzing the weak link of the penetration fuze based on the harmonic response analysis was proposed. This method obtained the change law of the displacement re-sponse value at any nodes on each component of the penetration fuze in the frequency domain by applying the excitation response to the penetration model. The change rule of the displacement frequency was used to judge the penetration fuze in the structural design of the dangerous crosssection or weak links. Simulation results and experimental results showed that the harmonic response calculation results are similar to the experimental results. The harmonic response analysis method could be used to guide the design of fuze structure.
