摘要
针对磁流变液体驱动的可恢复式保险机构易受环境温度影响,且密封性要求高,形状记忆合金驱动的可恢复式保险机构响应速度较慢等问题,提出了基于介电弹性体的可恢复式推销器。该推销器由压缩弹簧、介电弹性体、左滑块、右滑块及热缩套管等组成,具有结构简单,响应时间快的优点。仿真和试验结果分析表明,可恢复式推销器的仿真位移44.1mm,与实际试验的结果45mm相吻合。
Aiming at the problems that the reversible fuze safety mechanism driving by magnetorheological fluid is liable to be effected by the environment temperature, and it has strict sealing demand, and the problems of slow response of the reversible fuze safety mechanism driving by shape memory alloy, a recoverable push pin based on the dielectric elastomer was designed. The recoverable push pin is made up of compression spring, die-lectric elastomer, left-slide,right-slide,heat shrinkage bush and so on, which has the advantages such as simple structure,fast response. The finite element simulation Experiments results and analysis indicated that the dis-placement of 44. 1 mm of finite element simulation was well agreed with the results of 45 mm of experiments.
