Application of the Floral Medallion Pattern of Tang Dynasty in Modern Women's Shoes Design

对唐朝宝花纹的整体构架形式、局部组成要素和装饰色彩特征进行归纳分析,整理和挖掘其艺术形式特征和传统文化内涵,并结合现代女鞋设计原理,通过整体图案提炼、局部要素变异、色彩元素演变等3种创新应用形式,力求实现中国传统纹样在现代女鞋中的创新设计与应用。

This paper summarized and analyzed the overall architecture form, the partial components and the decorative color characteristics of floral medallion pattern of Tang period, and explored its artistic form and traditional cultural conno-tation. Then the creative design and application of the Chinese traditional dermatoglyphic pattern design into Modern Womens Shoes were studied through the way of overall design pattern refinement, local element variation and color element evolution, based on the modern womens shoes design principles.
