本文先从科研院所投资项目特点和难点入手论述后评价工作的重要性和后评价成果,之后详细阐述了后评价工作中应用的创新方法及取得的成果特点,最后总结了本成果实际作用及影响。
This p ap er discusses the importance of p os t-eva lu at io n work and the p o s t-eva lu at io n results from the characteristics and difficulties of the projects invested by the research institutes, and then elaborates the innovative methods in application of post-evaluat ion work and the characteristics of the achievements. Finally, it summarizes the actual action and influence of the results.
