Financial management, as one of the important contents of bank operation and management, plays a vital role in improving the economic efficiency of banks, especially in the background of world economic integration, financialization and marketization. And through the analysis of the implementation of the financial management of China＇s banks, the current number of bank financial management problems are determined, so the the role of financial management can not be played, ＂which is very unfavorable to the good survival and development of banks in the complex economic environment and financial environment. Based on this, this paper analyzes the important role of financial management in the bank operation and management, further understands the existing problems of bank financial management, and explores the countermeasures, hoping to improve the level of bank financial management.
