反锚全液压往复式轨排组装生产施工关键技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 传统的轨排生产采用人工辅助简易机械设备生产组装,机械化水平低、作业人数多、劳动强度高、生产效率低、占地面积大、轨排组装质量参差不齐、轨枕间距误差大、锚固质量不达标,给现场铺轨带来很多问题。为此针对传统轨排生产的不足,研制了专门用于轨排生产的反锚全液压往复式新型轨排组装生产线,自主设计研发了自动翻枕龙门、锚固模板、匀枕小车、二次翻枕机构、液压升降平台和转序小车。使轨排生产具有机械化水平高、自动化程度高、工序衔接合理、作业人数少、劳动强度低、生产效率高等特点。 The traditional rail production adopts artificial auxiliar^^ simple mechanical equipment production assembly, with low level of mechanization, high number of workers, high labor intensity, low production efficiency, large area occupied, uneven assembly quality of rail, sleeper spacing error. The quality of the anchor is not up to standard, bringing a lot of problems to site laying. In view of the shortcomings of the traditional rail production, the anti-anchor hydraulic reciprocating new rail assembly line production line is developed specifically for the rail production. The automatic sleeper -turning gantry, anchor template, even sleeper car, secondary sleeper -turning mechanism, hydraulic lift platform and reverse trolley are independently designed and developed. So that the production of rails can have high level of mechanization, high degree of automation, reasonable process convergence, fewer operations, low labor intensity, and high production efficiency.
