由于计算机网络自身开放性和虚拟性特点,其中存在着较大的安全隐患,很容易受到客观因素影响,造成网络故障,严重影响到用户的网络体验。计算机网络故障影响因素较为多样,包括计算机网络自身不稳定性,不法分子恶意攻击和用户不当操作等,都可能造成计算机网络故障问题出现。故此,为了提升用户计算机网络体验,应该针对不同类型的故障问题,有针对性寻求合理有效的维护措施,维护计算机网络安全。基于此,本文主要就计算机网络故障处理和维护技术进行分析,结合实际情况,提出合理的改善措施。
