中高职3+3分段培养电气自动化技术专业人才培养方案的思考与实践

Talent Cultivation Plans of Electrical Automation Technology in 3+3 Sectionalized Training of Secondary and Higher Vocational Education

中高职3+3分段培养是现代职业教育体系的重要组成,人才培养目标的确立和一体化课程体系的构建是中高职教育衔接的关键。笔者介绍了本院"中高职3+3分段培养教改试点项目"电气自动化技术专业的人才培养目标衔接以及课程体系构建的基本思想、框架和主要课程的教学安排。

3＋3 sectionalized training of secondary and higher vocational education is an important part of the modern vocational education system. The key of the link of secondary and higher vocational education is establishment of talent training objective and structuring integrated course system. The author introduces the talent training objective of the＂3 ＋ 3 sectionalized training teaching refor^nproject＂ in Jiangyin Polytechnic College, the basic idea and framework of the curriculum system and the teaching arrangement of the main course.
