摘要 气象人才的培养,是我国高等人才培养的重要组成部分。十九世纪末到20世纪初,气象高等教育,包括气象人才的培养、大气科学的学科发展、相关学科的学位教育及在职人员的继续教育及培训等,一直是世界主要发达国家十分关注的课题。目前气象人才培养模式存在一定的局限性,模式单一、培养创新气象人才的途径不多、气象人才培养与其他单位合作较少等问题。在"协同创新"这一新的理念推动下,大学通过协调高校内部创新活动,开展交叉学科培养和与外部资源联合培养等模式,促进我国气象人才培养质量的提高。 The cultivation of meteorological talents is an important part of higher talent training in China. From the end of 19th Century to early 20th Century, higher meteorological education, including the training of meteorological personnel, discipline development of atmospheric science, degree education of related disciplines and continuing education and training of on-the-job personnel and so on, is always the focus of the world's major developed countries. The current meteorological personnel training mode is limited, has a single mode, and ways to cultivate innovative talents is not much, and the meteorological personnel training cooperation with other units is less. Under the promotion of "collaborative innovation” which is a new concept, the university through the college internal innovation activities coordination, interdisciplinary training and joint training with external resources and other modes, promotes and improve the quality of China's meteorological personnel training.
