后金融危机时代中小企业的成长困境分析

后金融危机时代,全球消费需求放缓、原材料及人工成本上升、人民币持续升值等原因,连同我国当前深化的产业结构调整,中小企业转型升级步伐加快,使得目前中小企业的成长环境更加恶劣。在此背景下,文章从中小企业生存发展的现状出发,分析了目前中小企业融资渠道、人力资源、企业管理、技术创新四方面存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了相应的对策。

In the post f inanc ial crisis era, because of the global slowdown in consumer demand, increasing raw materials and labor costs, the continued appreciation of the RMB and so on, along w ith the deepening of in d u s tr ia l structure adjustment in China, accelerating the pace of transformation and upgrading of small and medium -s ize d enterprises, the growth environment of small and medium -s ize d enterprises is becoming worse.Under this background, this ar ticle from the cur rent situation of SME＇s sur^^ival and development, analyzes the four problems of f inancing channels, human resources, business management and tech nical innovation at present in small and m e dium -sized enterprise, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve these problems.
