摘要
随着电子商务的快速发展,快递行业越来越繁荣,快递业的经营、管理、服务状况受到了社会各界的普遍关注。管理成熟度是可以反映出企业管理水平和经营状况的。快递行业管理成熟度的影响因素较多且具有复杂性和模糊性的特点,因此本文引入卓越绩效评价模式,从领导、顾客与市场、资源、过程管理、结果 5个方面建立了快递行业管理成熟度的指标体系,从评价对象-评价方法-评价结果 3个维度构建出管理成熟度模型,为快递企业的管理成熟度评价和改善提供了工具。
With the rapid development of e-commerce, the express deliver^^ industr^^ has been increasingly booming, and its importance has also been more evident. Management maturity reflects the management level and operations of enterprises. Since the factors that influence the management maturity of the delivery business are numerous, complicated and obscure, the article constructs an index system to measm’e the management matm*ity of delivery industry from five perspectives including leadership, customers and markets, resources, process management and result based on the performance excellence model. In addition, a management maturity model based on the three dimensions of the evaluated, evaluation method and evaluation result is also constructed. Both will serve as tools to evaluate and enhance the management maturity of express companies.
