我国消防部队战训工作中安全问题研究

A Study of the Security Problems in the Fighting and Training of Fire Brigades in China

公安消防部队作为一支专业的灭火救援力量,随着职能的不断拓展,处警种类的日益复杂以及处置难度的不断增大,对日常的战训工作提出了新的要求。本文基于当前安全防事故工作的形势,系统分析了作战训练中安全事故多发的原因,以此提出科学和合理的政策建议。这对全面提升我国消防部队的灭火救援能力,不仅具有重要的理论意义,也具有现实的实践价值。

As a professional fire fighting and rescue forces, with the continuous expansion of functions, the increasingly complex types , as well as increasing difficulties, fighting and training work put for^-ard new requirements for the public security fire brigade. Based on the current situation of security and accident prevention work, this paper systematically analyzes the causes of safety accidents in fighting and training to make scientific and rational policy recommendations, which not only has important theoretical significance, but also has some practical value to enhance the ability of fire fighting and rescue.
