在我国的社会发展过程中,由于人口数量巨大,在城市化建设的过程中经常会出现住房供不应求,建筑质量低下的状态。而传统的建造方式的施工周期长,成本较高,不利于建筑行业的快速发展。在这种情况下,建筑工程的装配式技术应运而生,目前的建筑工程中发挥着十分重要的作用。本文将对基于并行工程的装配式住宅设计过程的构建进行分析,探讨工程施工中的装配式管理技术,以提高基于装配式技术的工程建造项目管理水平。

In the process of China＇s social development, because of the enor^ nous population, in the process of city construction, there are often some problems of housing shortage, low quality of construction. The construction period of the traditional construction methods is long, and cost is high, which is not conducive to the rapid development of the construction industry. In this case, the assembly technology of building engineering emerges as the times require, and it plays a very important role in the current construction project. This paper ＂will analyze the structure in the design process of assembly house based on concurrent engineering, and discuss the assembly management technology in engineering construction, so as to improve the management level of engineering construction project based on assembly technology.
