摘要
钢铁工业是我国国民经济的重要基础产业之一,特别是近十年来,我国钢铁工业取得了长足的进步。然而,高污染、高能耗的特点使钢铁工业在防污减排、节能降耗等方面承受着巨大的压力。文章利用Bootstrap-DEA方法对我国49家重点钢铁企业的能源效率进行评估,并对其能源效率的异质性进行了探究。
China's iron and steel industry is one of the important basic industry of the national economy and has made remarkable progress especially in the past ten years. However, high pollution emissions and energy consumptions makes it so hard to reduce emissions and save energy. This paper evaluated the energy efficiency of China's 49 major iron and steel enterprises based on Bootstrap-DEA method, and then explored the heterogeneity of energy efficiency.
