摘要 随着我国桥梁建造水平的不断提高,连续钢箱梁在公路、铁路、市政等领域的桥梁工程中逐步得到应用,施工时多数采用占地少、交通影响小、设备简单、安全可靠、造价低的顶推法,本文以市政斜拉桥超宽超重钢箱梁顶推施工为例,从顶推施工临时设施、梁段顶推、施工监测、质量控制措施等方面,详细介绍了三维步履式悬臂顶推工法,为后续类似项目施工提供参考。 With the continuous improvement of bridge construction level in China, continuous steel box girder is gradually applied in bridge engineering in highw- ay, railw-ay and municipal areas. Most of the constructions use pushing technology due to its less land occupation, small traffic impact, simple equipment, high safety and reliability and low cost, This paper takes the pushing construction of ultra-wide and ultra-heavy steel box girder of municipal cable-stayed bridge as an example, and introduces the three-dimensional walking cantilever pushing technology from the temporary facilities, beam section pushing, construction monitoring and quality control measures of pushing construction provide reference for the follow-up similar projects.
