摘要
以高填充率、低转速的卧式砂磨机为研究对象,通过solidworks对定距盘进行进行优化设计,运用离散元分析软件EDEM对优化前后的研磨系统进行分析对比,得出改良定距盘可以提高砂磨机中颗粒的平均速度和颗粒间的压缩力,进而提高砂磨机的研磨效果,为砂磨机的设计优化研究提供一定的参考作用.
High fill rate, low speed of horizontal sand mill served as the research object, the paper optimized the design of distance disc by solidworks softw- are. Through analysis and comparision of and analysis before and after the optimization of gr in ding system, it got that improved distance can increase the average pa rtic le ve locity and the compressive force betw-een particles by EDEM software, thus increasing grinding effect of sand mill. It provides a reference for the optimization design of sand mill.
