摘要 伴随社会经济的进程与人们生活质量的提高,百姓在追求更加舒适的居住环境的同时,也在消耗着越来越多的能源。相关资料显示,一些欧美等发达国家,建筑能耗大概占了总能耗的近四十个百分点,在国内,此比例为二十个百分点以上,居各种能耗首位,其中五十个百分点以上的消耗大多集中于冬季采暖与夏季制冷空调。伴随世界范围内能源供应紧张状况日益加剧,能源将成为遏制各国经济发展的核心因素。所以,国内指出了社会经济与能源可持续发展的战略,同时拟定建设节约型社会理念,在实现国民经济全面进程的基础上努力减少单位的能源消耗。而建筑领域作为耗能的主要行业,具有巨大的节能潜力,全面发展并推广外墙保温、太阳能光热和光电、围护结构技术节能等前沿建筑节能技术,在持续深化人们居住环境舒适度的同时,减少建筑耗能总量,从根本缓解能源的供需问题,也就是具有实际经济意义,同时兼备重要的社会意义与环保作用。 With the progress of social economy and the improvement of people's quality of life, people pursue a more comfortable living environment, at the same time they also consume more and more energy. Relevant data show that in some developed countries such as Europe and the United States, building energy consumption accounts for about 40% of the total energy consumption, in China, this ratio is more than 20 percentage points, ranking first in a variety of energy consumption, in which more than 50 percentage of consumption is concentrated in the winter heating and summer cooling air conditioning. With the increasing energy supply in the world, energy will become a central factor in curbing national economic development. Therefore, China pointed out that the sustainable development strategy of social economy and energy, and at the same time tried to build a conservation-oriented society to reduce the unit's energy consumption on the basis of a comprehensive process of the national economy. The construction industry, as a major energy-consuming industry, has a huge energy-saving potential. We can fully develop and promote the frontier building energy saving technologies, such as external wall insulation,solar thermal and optoelectronics, envelope technology and so on, continue to deepen the comfort of people living environment, at the same time reduce the total energy consumption of buildings, relieve the energy supply and demand problem fundamentally, that is, it has practical economic significance, while both has important social significance and environmental protection.
