It plays an important role in the fields of food production, clinical application of medicine, drug concept, insecticide and insect control, and so on. The method of detecting the content of piperine in this paper is to simplify the pretreatment method of piperine on the basis of the current national standard, which makes the analysis process more accurate, improves the accuracy of the test result and shortens the experiment time.
