摘要
建设项目从可行性研究、设计、施工到验收的项目需要一段很长的时间,施工工艺复杂,更多的参与者和其他因素导致的整个施工过程中存在诸多不确定性,必然对工程进度、质量和成本有一定的影响,影响项目目标。因此,施工项目风险管理是工程建设中的一项非常重要的工作。本文主要就建设工程项目风险管理中EPC模式的应用进行详细探讨以期为同类项目提供经验。
Construction project needs a long time from feasibility study, design and construction to acceptance. Complex construction process, multiple participants and other factors cause many uncertainties in the whole construction process, which will inevitably have a certain impact on the progress, quality and cost of the project, thus affecting the project objectives. Therefore, the construction project risk management is a very important work in the construction of the project. This paper mainly discusses the application of EPC model in risk management of construction project in order to provide experience for similar projects.
