城市化背景下乡村学校道德教育的创新

Innovation of Moral Education in Rural Schools under the Background of Urbanization

城市化的发展给乡村道德建设特别是乡村学校道德教育带来了冲击和挑战。家庭道德教育和社会道德教育的乏力,使学校道德教育在乡村道德建设中的作用凸显,乡村学校承担着更重的促进学生道德成长的任务,但乡村学校道德教育的实际效果与预期目标还有一定差距,创新乡村学校道德教育的任务十分紧迫。乡村学校道德教育应该树立以人为本、德育为先、适应市场经济发展、进行积极取向的道德教育等理念。推动乡村学校道德教育路径的创新,应调整道德教育目标、完善道德教育内容、挖掘道德教育资源、改革道德教育方法。

The development of urbanization has brought the impact and challenge to the moral construction in rural areas,especial-ly to the moral education in rural schools. The lack of family moral education and social moral education highlights the role of the school moral education. Rural schools take on the task of promoting students moral development,however, the actual effect of moral education in rural schools still has a certain gap with the expected goals. At present,it is urgent to innovate the moral education in rural schools. The moral education in rural schools should establish the concept of people-oriented,moral education for the first,adapting to the de-velopment of market economy, and actively oriented moral education. To promote the innovation of moral education in rural schools, we should adjust the goal of moral education,improve the content of moral education,excavate the resources of moral education,and re-form the methods of moral education.
