摘要 进入21世纪以来,数控机床给机械制造业带来了翻天覆地的变化。伴随加工中心的出现,自动化程度进一步提高,除了准备过程需要人工参与以外,全部加工过程都由机床自动完成,减轻了劳动强度,改善了劳动条件。本文内容介绍了数控加工的特点、加工工艺分析以及数控加工的一般步骤。并利用两台全功能数控车床与一台加工中心组成一小流水线生产方式,对产品进行批量的生产加工。详细的介绍了数控加工工艺过程的分析方法。 Since the beginning of the 21 st century, CNC machine tools have brought great changes to the machinery manufacturing industry. With the emergence of the processing center, the degree of automation is further improved, in addition to the preparation process requires manual participation, all the processing process are automatically completed in the machine, so the labor intensity is reduced and the working conditions are improved. This article describes the characteristics of CNC machining, processing technology analysis and the general steps of CNC machining, uses two full-function CNC lathe and a processing center to form a small assembly line production method to conduct production and processing of bulk products, and introduces the analysis method of CNC machining process in detail.
