摘要
随着生产规模的扩大,新煤层的勘探,综放工作面的大功率异步电动机使用的越来越广泛,设备起动对电网的冲击也更加明显,根据新采区的实际情况,主要阐述综放工作面在供电设计、电气设备选型及安装过程中分别采用软起动技术、提高供电电压等级,如何对其所需设备及供电线路等进行设计,供电系统中各用电设备的选型及其计算过程,并对其进行整定和校验,设计中比较详细地叙述了矿用电缆及电气设备的选定原则以及井下各种保护装置的选择和整定。本文以我国某煤矿企业为例子,对高产高效综放工作面的供电设计进行了探讨。
With the expansion of production scale and exploration of new coal seam, high power asynchronous motor has been more and more widely used in fully mechanized caving face, and the impact of equipment starting on the power grid is more obvious. According to the actual situation of the new mining area, this paper mainly expounds that in power supply design, selection of electrical equipment and software installation process in the fully mechanized caving face, the soft starting technique is adopted and the voltage level of power supply is increased. The design method of the required equipment and power supply circuits is introduced, and the electrical equipment selection of power supply system and calculation process are also introduced, as well as setting and checking. The principles of selection of mine cables and electrical equipment and the selection and setting of various protective devices in underground are described in detail. In this paper, a coal mine enterprise in China is taken as an example to discuss the design of power supply for high yield and high efficiency fully mechanized caving face.
