摘要 根据直动尖顶圆柱凸轮从动件的运动规律获得了用极坐标表示的凸轮各运动阶段的轮廓曲线方程;并应用Pro/E软件的"Program"功能设定了参数组,应用Pro/E软件的"Equation"基准曲线功能生成了圆柱凸轮各运动阶段的轮廓曲线;然后用Pro/E软件的"可变剖面扫面"命令创建了圆柱凸轮实体,并对核心特征添加参数关系,最终实现了对圆柱凸轮的参数化设计。 According to the motion rule of the straight moving spire cylindrical cam’s follower, the contour curve equation expressed by polar coordinates of each section of the cam was obtained; and the "Program" function of Pro/E software was used to set the parameter group; the "Equation" function of Pro/E software was used to set the each section contour curve; then the "Variable Section Sweep" command of Pro/E software was used to create cylindrical cam’s solid, and a parameter relationship was added to the core feature. Finally, the parametric design of cylindrical cam was realized.
