摘要
本文采用有限元分析方法对某柴油发动机的气缸体主轴承壁进行了强度计算,分析了该主轴承壁的应力水平、高周疲劳安全、轴承孔的变形以及主轴承壁和主轴承座的接触滑移情况。根据计算分析结果,对主轴承壁和主轴承座的结构进行了优化改进。优化改进后的主轴承壁的应力小于相应材料的屈服强度,最小高周疲劳安全系数满足发动机运行要求,并且主轴承壁和主轴承座的接触滑移特性良好,满足设计要求。
In this paper, Strength analysis for Main Bearing Wall(MBW) of a Diesel Engine has been calculated. The stresses, high cycle fatigue(HCF) safety, bearing hole deformation and contact conditions at the split-line between MBW and Main Bearing Cap(MBC)have been analyzed. Based on the results, the structures of the MBW and MBC have been optimized. It is shown that stress of the MBW is below the yield strength and the minimum HCF safety factor meets the engine operation requirements.
