摘要
采用实验设计、回归建模、数值优化和实验验证的方法对复杂的柴油机多变量标定过程进行研究。研究结果表明:实验设计能较大幅度提高实验效率;回归建模和数值优化技术能够解决复杂的变量交互效应,能够最大程度的挖掘柴油机的性能潜力。
By making use of the methods of experimental design, regression modeling, numerical optimization and experimental verification, the multivariable calibration process of electronic-controlled diesel engine is studied. The results show that the experimental design can greatly improve the efficiency of the experiment; the modeling and numerical optimization techniques are able to solve complex variable interaction effects, and exploit the maximum potential of the engine.
