摘要 针对门式斗轮堆取料机节能环保要求不断提高,现有设备起升机构液压系统能耗损失过大问题,在对起升机构液压系统高能耗原因分析的基础上,从动力元件、控制元件、回路设计、液压附件等角度对该系统进行节能创新设计,实现门式斗轮堆取料机起升机构液压系统的提能降耗,为同类产品的设计改造提供参考。 In view of the problem of the large energy consumption loss of the hydraulic system of the existing equipment hoisting mechanism with the higher energy-saving and environmental protection demand of the door-like bucket wheel stacking machine, based on the cause analysis of the high energy consumption of the hydraulic system of the hoisting mechanism, the energy-saving innovative design of this system from the aspects of power components, control components, circuit design and hydraulic accessories, to reduce energy consumption of the hydraulic system of door-like bucket wheel stacking machine hoisting mechanism and provide reference for the design and transformation of similar products.
