气门间隙对某增压直喷发动机性能影响的分析

气门间隙是发动机的重要参数,对发动机的性能有很大影响。本文利用GT-Power建立发动机模型,计算不同大小气门间隙下发动机的性能,同时进行试验验证。结果显示,进气门间隙大小对发动机的性能影响有限,而排气门间隙大小对发动机的性能影响很大。

Valve lash is an important parameter of the engine, which extremely influences the engine performance. The engine model was established by GT -power in this paper, which has calculated the valve lash influence of the engine performance. Based on the simulation results, we tested the engine on the bench. The results showed that the intake valve lash has a limited influence on the engine performance, but the exhaust valve lash has a great influence on the engine performance.
