摘要
活性污泥法处理污水产生大量的污泥,寻求合理的污泥处理处置方式已经迫在眉睫。厌氧消化是集无害化、稳定化、资源化和减量化为一体的污泥处理处置过程。超声预处理可以提高细胞破解率,加速有机质释放,加快污泥的水解速率,增加后续产气量与产气质量,提高固体去除效率,提升整个厌氧消化效率。综述了当前研究和应用较多的超声波预处理技术的研究进展,从超声预处理的原理出发,分析了超声预处理强化厌氧消化的影响因素,同时,对超声联合其他预处理方式的处理效果进行深入分析,并对超声预处理相关技术存在的不足和应用前景进行讨论与展望。
The treatment and disposal of excess sludge is becoming arising challenge for municipal wastewater treatment plants due to huge amounts of sludge production resulted from wide application of activated sludge treatment. Anaerobic digestion process incorporates a harmless,stabilization,recycling and reduction of sludge treatment and disposal.Ultrasonic pretreatment can increase the rate of cell crack,accelerate the release of organic matter and the rate of hydrolysis of sludge,thereby increasing gas production and subsequent gas production quality,increasing the solids removal efficiency and enhancing the overall efficiency of anaerobic digestion. This paper reviews the research progress of ultrasonic pretreatment technology which is widely researched and applied. In this study,the state of ultrasonic sludge pretreatment was thoroughly reviewed,including the principle and factors of ultrasonic pretreatment processes of sludge.Meanwhile,ultrasound coupled with other pretreatment processes effect was detailed analyzed,the prospects and shortages of ultrasonic sludge pretreatment and its enhancement on anaerobic sludge digestion were also discussed and forecasted.
