摘要 永磁调速和变频调速是泵与风机等离心负载广泛应用的两种调速方式,从技术方面和经济性方面对这两种调速技术进行了对比研究,并通过实际案例对计算结果进行验证。在高转速比工况下,永磁调速效率更高,而低转速比时效率低于变频调速;相比于变频调速,永磁调速系统可靠性更高、振动小、对工作环境要求低。此外,永磁调速的初始成本和维护成本小于变频调速,即使在低转速工况下总成本也小于变频调速。因此,永磁调速的综合性能要优于比变频调速。 Permanent magnet speed regulation technology and variable frequency speed regulation technology are widely applied to regulate the speed of the centrifugal load such as pump and fan. Comparison between permanent magnet speed regulation and variable frequency speed regulation technology are conducted in terms of technical and economic performance. The calculating results are validated by the practical case. The permanent magnet speed regulation system has higher efficiency at high rotation speed ratio,while it has lower efficiency at lower rotation speed. Compared with the variable frequency speed regulation system,the permanent magnet speed regulation system has higher reliability in a long running process,less vibration during the operation,and lower demand for the working environment. In addition,it has less initial and maintenance costs. Even under the low rotation speed ratio,the permanent magnet speed regulation system has less total cost. Therefore,it can be concluded that the overall performance of the permanent magnet speed regulation technology is better than that of the variable frequency speed regulation technology.
