摘要
采用数控机床进行工件切削加工时,利用补偿元件可以对精度误差进行准确检测并得出补偿量,实现精度补偿修正。加工过程中,使用精度补偿技术,可有效提高误差检测的准确率,准确进行精度补偿,有效保障工件加工的精度要求,对推动加工制造业的发展具有积极作用。通过分析现代精密加工技术,探讨精密加工技术的特点、发展方向、技术革新的必要性及精度补偿技术。
The compensation error can be accurately detected by the compensation element when the workpiece is machined by CNC machine tool. The use of precision compensation technology can effectively improve the accuracy of error detection,guarantee workpiece processing accuracy,and promote the development of processing and manufacturing industry. The technical characteristics,development direction,the necessity of technological innovation and precision compensation technology were discussed.
