摘要
较之二维技术,三维技术具有十分明显的优越性。建立与模型参数相关的三维模型加工方案,可有效提高加工效率,保证最终的加工质量。在机械加工过程中,积极使用各种三维软件,可加入设计者的思想,增强设计的自由性,提高加工质量。通过分析UG软件在三维机械加工工艺设计中的应用,探讨CAD三维软件技术对机械设计产生的影响及CAE软件的应用。
Compared with the two-dimensional technology,three-dimensional technology has a very obvious superiority.The three-dimensional model processing scheme related to the model parameters can be established,which can improve the processing efficiency and ensure the final processing quality. In the process of machining,the designer' s ideas can be integrated to enhance the freedom of design and improve processing quality. By analyzing the application of UG software in 3D machining technology design,the influence of CAD three-dimensional software technology on mechanical design and the application of CAE software are discussed.
