警察教育对培育和提高警务人才素质起着至关重要的作用,随着经济的快速发展,我国的社会政治、意识形态也在不断发展,传统的警察教育培训体系很难满足现代社会警务发展的新要求。通过对比国内外警察教育思想及理念,对我国警察教育思路进行梳理,阐明我国警察教育培训制度的发展方向。

Police education plays an important role in fostering and improving the quality of police personnel. With the rapid development of economy, the social politics and ideology have also developed constantly. The traditional police education and training system is difficult to meet new requirements of modem society. By comparing the thoughts and ideas of domestic and foreign police education, the police education thoughts were expounded and the development trend of training system of China was clarified.
