摘要
为充分发挥社会工作在企业人力资源管理中的优势,更好地满足企业人力资源需求,本文就社会工作介入人力资源管理可行性进行简要分析与论述,进一步验证社会工作介入视角下的企业人力资源管理效用及实践价值,积极寻找社会工作介入人力资源管理的有效实施策略,实现新时期企业人力资源科学管理。
In order to play the role of social work in enterprise human resources management, better satisfy the demand for enterprise human resources management. The feasibility of applying social work in human resources management was analyzed, the management effectiveness and practical value from the perspective of social work was further verified, the effective implementation strategies were searched actively so as to achieve the enterprise human resources management in the new period.
