区域生产要素一体化对城市建设利用效率的影响研究——以长江中游城市群为例

Influence of the Integration of Regional Production Factors on Urban Land Use Efficiency-A Case of Urban Agglomeration in the Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River

区域要素一体化有利于加快要素流动,但在一体化的初级阶段,要素流动以单向流动为主,这加剧了要素的空间分布不均,并对城市建设用地利用效率产生了严重的负外部冲击。研究结果表明:劳动和资本要素一体化均显著地抑制了长江中游城市群城市建设用地利用效率的提升,但子城市群层面资本市场一体化对城市建设用地利用效率的抑制作用要强于长江中游城市群层面,而子城市群层面劳动要素一体化对城市建设用地利用效率的抑制作用要弱于长江中游城市群层面;地方政府行政垄断并没有阻滞劳动和资本的跨区域流动,对城市建设用地利用效率的影响也并不显著。

Integration of Regional factors boosts the mobility of production factors.However,at the initial stage of the integration process,factors mobility takes the form of signal flow,which deteriorated the unbalance distribution of productive between regions and this brings about negative shock to the urban construction land use efficiency.This study demonstrates that the integration of labor and capital market restrained the improvement of urban construction land use efficiency in the region of Yangtze River city group;however,the integration of capital market brought about a more suppressive effect on the efficient use of urban construction land in the region of the sub city group than that in the region of Yangtze River city group;whereas,the integration of labor imposes less suppressive impact on the efficient use of urban construction land in the region of the sub city group than that in the region of Yangtze River city group.This study also suggests that monopoly of local government does not deter the mobility of labor and capital factor,and this won't affect the efficient use of urban construction land.
