摘要
为解决传统地板开榫加工质量参差不齐、效率及出料率低等问题,本文设计了一种基于PLC的数控地板纵向开榫机控制系统。通过分析数控地板纵向开榫机的加工工艺,制定控制系统设计要求。根据设计要求完成所需硬件的选择以及软件的设计。以开榫机整机启动过程为例,设计控制系统程序并对其进行简单解释和说明介绍。该控制系统可以保证出材率,提高生产效率,为我国的开榫机市场提供了强有力的保障。
In order to solve the problem of uneven quality, efficiency and low discharge rate of traditional floor tenon process-ing, a control system based on CNC floor longitudinal tenon is designed.
